Choosing to begin therapy can feel like a big decision, especially if you've never had it before, and so I want the practical side of things to feel as clear and straightforward as possible so you know what to expect.
How much does therapy cost?
Introductory telephone call
Up to 15 minutes
Free
An informal, no-obligation chat to help you decide whether working together feels right for you. This is an opportunity to briefly talk about what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work.
Individual session cost
50 minutes
£50
Sessions are a dedicated space for you. There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about or where to begin. We can take time to explore what feels important to you, at a pace that feels comfortable.

I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, and so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces where I can. If the session fee feels difficult for you, please feel free to get in touch. We can discuss whether a reduced fee space may be available.
Cancellations & missed appointments
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session rate.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your therapy session and can be made by bank transfer, or by cash for sessions that take place face-to-face. Bank details will be provided when you decide to proceed.
You don't have to know where to begin. If you're considering therapy and would like to have a chat, you're very welcome to get in touch.
